Andalusi Agriculture
The study of agriculture and botany flourished in al-Andalus between the 10th and 14th centuries.
Fortunately, many of the works written on these subjects have survived to this day in manuscript form. Most of these texts have now been edited and translated into European languages—predominantly Spanish, but also French.
I will continue to make resources connected to the disciplinary history of Andalusi agriculture and botany available on this page.
